What is a Bareground Application?
Bareground herbicides also referred to as "Sterilant", are generally a mixture of several herbicides that when combined and applied, will kill all vegetation and not allow anything to grow within the application area.
Where do you apply Bareground Herbicides?
You can apply bareground herbicides anywhere you want to create an area of zero growth. Our chemical mixture may change based on the area you want treated but the results will be the same. We GAURANTEE all of our bareground application for the entire growing season (September 1st - August 31st). The best time to apply these herbicides is in the fall, but they can be applied any time of year and the results will be the same.
Will this Hurt Trees?
The short answer is "YES", absolutely. But, we at HIRED GUN have created a new "TREE SAFE" chemical mixture that can be applied up to 12" from the base of most plants without harming them. This application will still give the bareground atmosphere without harming the trees or plants you want to keep!
